Simple & Just Window Display:

I curated a window display at Simple & Just boutique in Queen Anne, Seattle to showcase the issues around climate change and sex trafficking in this world. I believe that making a statement is the best way to get a message across, and to show the world who you are.

This window display has two sides. One side showcases climate change, and has facts about the environmental crisis all over the mannequins I styled.

The other side showcases the dangers of sex trafficking, and also has facts about the issue of sex trafficking.

Making a statement is an important way to be heard, and I wanted to exemplify this in this window display.
Flat Pattern Project: Bell Sleeve Crop Top
I drafted this floral, cropped, bell-sleeve top from the slopers I created for my personal fit. I was inspired by the combination of styles from my two homes: San Diego and Seattle. The cropped floral, bell sleeve look is inspired by the hippie/care free San Diego style, and the sheer, black fabric is representative of the more gothic and grunge looks seen in Seattle.
Global Sourcing Project:
Bringing Kohl's to Bangladesh
In this project, my classmate and I explain why bringing the retailer Kohl's to Bangladesh would be beneficial. Both American and Bangladesh markets and culture have been analyzed and considered in this presentation. Below are some pieces of this assignment.
